Italy at INSAR is a scientific workshop promoted by the VSM Foundation of Villa Santa Maria to bring together Italy’s leading researchers in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
Participants are selected among Italian scientists who have presented a contribution at the most recent International Society for Autism Research (INSAR) Annual Meeting.
The workshop provides a unique opportunity to foster dialogue and collaboration among experts from a wide range of disciplines — including child neuropsychiatry, cognitive neuroscience, psychology, physics, molecular biology, and epidemiology — encouraging a cross-disciplinary exchange of ideas and methodologies.
Organized under the patronage of the Regional Council of Lombardy and Fondazione Volta, Italy at INSAR aims to strengthen and expand the Italian research network on autism, promoting the integration of clinical and scientific expertise across institutions. Today, Italy at INSAR stands as a reference point for Italian excellence in autism research.
